Pizza Hut ha nominato 29 dei suoi 244 ristoranti nel Regno Unito che sta chiudendo, mettendo a rischio circa 450 posti di lavoro.
La mossa arriva dopo che sono state annunciate una serie di offerte per supportare le vendite dopo la fine dello schema Eat Out to Help Out.
Una portavoce di Pizza Hut Restaurants ha dichiarato: Stiamo facendo tutto il possibile per ridistribuire i membri del nostro team dalle sedi di Pizza Hut Restaurants che stanno chiudendo e ridurre al minimo l'impatto sulla nostra forza lavoro.
'Pertanto non siamo in grado di condividere i numeri esatti della perdita di posti di lavoro per ogni capanna'.

Ha aggiunto: 'Comprendiamo che questo è un momento difficile per tutti i soggetti coinvolti e stiamo supportando il più possibile i membri del nostro team durante questa transizione.
Il gruppo Pizza Hut Restaurants ha dichiarato di aver avanzato le proposte in quanto 'non si prevede che le vendite riprenderanno completamente fino al 2021' nonostante una riapertura rapida e sicura dei siti.
Ha aggiunto che la mossa non influirà sulle operazioni o sui posti di lavoro presso Pizza Hut Delivery o in franchising correlati.
